Policy purpose
This policy establishes moderation expectations for municipal discussion spaces hosted in ForoCivic.
The objective is to support public participation while reducing abuse, disruption, and low-integrity behavior.
Moderation decisions are intended to be governed, documented, and reviewable in context.
How this policy is used
Municipal teams can use this document as their baseline moderation framework during pilot onboarding.
